PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to select an assistant who increases the satisfaction level of a customer.SOLUTION: An assistant management device comprises: a communication unit 13 for receiving a message transmitted by a terminal of a customer; a management unit 121 for managing attributes of a plurality of first assistant candidates that communicate messages with the customer; an attribute estimation unit 122 for estimating the attribute of the customer on the basis of the message received by the communication unit; a determination unit 123 for determining the priority order of the plurality of first assistant candidates on the basis of the attribute of the customer and the attributes of the plurality of first assistant candidates; and a display control unit 124 for having the terminal of the customer display the attributes of at least part of the plurality of first assistant candidates on the basis of the priority order determined by the determination unit. When the communication unit 13 receives selection information indicating a first assistant selected by the customer from the plurality of first assistant candidates from the terminal of the customer, the management unit 121 associates the customer with the first assistant, and stores them in a storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
