PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chopper blades formed on a chopper to be attached to a hand blender including two blades that improve food material circulation and cutting capability.SOLUTION: Chopper blades comprise: a chopper upper blade 5a and a chopper lower blade 5b formed in the vicinity of the tip of a rotatable shaft 4 and rotatable about the rotatable shaft 4; and a tilted potion 5c formed at the tip of the chopper upper blade 5a with an upward inclination angle relative to a formation direction of a blade portion 5aa formed on the chopper upper blade 5a. The tilted portion 5c scrapes objects to be cut to increase the amount of the cut objects brought to the side surface of a chopper container; thus the cut objects brought to the side surface of the chopper container partly fall in a short period to be cut with the chopper upper blade and the chopper lower blade. Therefore, the chopper blades achieve better circulation of the objects to be cut and an excellent cutting capability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
