PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which a signal reading speed is improved.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: a matrix of plural pixels for outputting reset signals being output signals in reset of the pixels and image signals being output signals based on an incident light quantity; and an amplifier which outputs plural image signals obtained by amplifying the image signals outputted from the pixels with the gains of plural values including a first gain G1 and a second gain G2.
