To improve vibration resistance of electronic components, such as electrolytic capacitors, electric double layer capacitors, lithium batteries and coils, which are provided with surface mounting terminals. The present invention is provided with: a component main body (capacitor main body 4) having lead terminals (14-1, 14-2) that are protruding to the outer side; external terminals (18-1, 18-2); and a base section (24). On the outer side of the component main body, the external terminals are connected to the lead terminals, and the base section (24) is formed by molding, said base section covering the connecting section, and adhering to at least a part of the lead terminal lead-out section side (16) of the component main body. |
