摘要 The present invention relates to a cementitious composite with structural synthetic fiber which applies an organic nano-material and an inorganic nano-material to conventional structural synthetic fiber as a reinforcing material to improve material performance, and improves attachment performance with respect to a cement matrix by a physical surface treatment on a longitudinal surface of smooth cylindrical fiber produced by a conventional melt-spinning technique in order to improve drawing resistance of the fiber, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a primary physical surface treatment and a secondary twisting process are performed to improve attachment performance with respect to the cement matrix in comparison to conventional structural synthetic fiber. The organic nano-material and the inorganic nano-material are used as reinforcing materials of the fiber to improve performance of a polymer matrix itself, wherein the polymer matrix is a main material of the structural synthetic fiber. Accordingly, the performance of the structural synthetic fiber as a reinforcing material is improved by 80-140% in comparison to structural synthetic fiber made by a conventional technique.
