The present invention relates to a silicon substrate having a built-in light emitting diode and a display device using the same. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the silicon substrate, where the light emitting diode is mounted, made of a plurality of unit cells comprising a TFT circuit and wires to operate the light emitting diode. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the display device bonded to the silicon substrate where a sapphire substrate and the light emitting diode are mounted. |
