PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory in which, in a type of accessory having a structure of an oscillating gemstone, even if a distance is shortened between gemstone-fixing claws and surrounding supporting parts or a ring body, contact of the claws with the supporting parts can be avoided, in which latitude of design is great, and in which the amount of metal to be used can be reduced.SOLUTION: When the accessory is put on a user's finger, round components 51, 53 oscillate relative to round components 71, 73 in accordance with the finger movement, which makes a gemstone 30 oscillates integrally with the setting 40. On the line connecting the round components 71, 73, claws 401, 403 are situated, and the claws 401, 403 are situated very closely to the round components 51, 53.
