PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a salt product useful as seasoning of a food stuff, and capable of giving the same flavor even when being used at a smaller amount than a conventional salt.SOLUTION: A production method of a salt product includes steps for: (i) preparing a mixture containing salt dissolved in a solvent, which is a mixture further containing an organic substance which is a solid under a peripheral temperature condition; and (ii) spraying the mixture, evaporating the solvent, and producing a salt product containing salt particles taking the organic substance.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
