each R2 is H or C1-6 alkyl,L1 is C3-20 heterocycloalkyl,L2 is C3-20 cycloalkyl, andm, n, o, p, and q are each independently 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6; and wherein the cells are selected from cancer cells, endothelial progenitor cells, mesenchymal stem cells, and hematopoietic stem cells.
