Disclosed is a method for controlling an asbestos management server. The method for controlling the asbestos management server comprising: a step for detecting sample information for a sample collected from a selected asbestos building when a specific asbestos building among a plurality of asbestos buildings registered in an asbestos management server is selected by a client terminal connected to the asbestos management server; a step for transmitting the detected sample information to the terminal; a step for receiving risk evaluation information for the sample from the terminal when the risk evaluation for the sample is performed in the terminal based on the transmitted sample information; and a step for calculating and storing a risk level for the sample based on the received risk evaluation information.
