A touch display panel, a manufacturing method for same, a driving method therefor, and a touch display device. A first electromagnetic touch electrode (12) is arranged at a side of a glass substrate (11) in a first substrate (1) away from a second substrate (2). An insulating layer (13) is arranged on the first electromagnetic touch electrode (12). Second electromagnetic touch electrodes (14) and capacitive touch electrodes (15) are arranged in a same layer and insulated on the insulating layer (13). The second electromagnetic touch electrodes (14) and the first electromagnetic touch electrode (12) are in an alternating and insulated arrangement. A protective layer (16) is arranged on the second electromagnetic touch electrodes (14) and the capacitive touch electrodes (15). A polarizing film (17) is arranged on the protective layer (16).
