An array substrate, liquid crystal display panel and display device; low-temperature compensation circuits (300) having one-to-one correspondence with data lines (100) are added on the array substrate; the low-temperature compensation circuits (300) comprise a first branch and a second branch in parallel connection, the first branch comprising a divider resistor (R0), the second branch comprising a diode (D1) and a capacitor (C1) connected in series, and the positions of the diode (D1) and the capacitor (C1) in the second branch being able to be exchanged; a voltage difference between two ends of the diode (D1) rises as the temperature decreases, therefore, a voltage loaded across a path formed by the diode (D1) and the capacitor (C1) increases when an environment temperature decreases; the path divides, via the divider resistor (R0), the voltage of a voltage signal input from a data signal receiving terminal (200) so as to enable the voltage signal input into the input end of the data line (100) to decrease, and the decreased voltage signal enables a higher transmittance, thus compensating an overall shift of a voltage-transmittance curve in a low-temperature environment, and enabling the voltage-transmittance curve at a low temperature to be consistent with the voltage-transmittance curve at a normal temperature. |
