A baby carriage (1) that is provided with a carriage body frame (2) and with a handle (3) that is connected to the carriage body frame so as to be capable of swinging between a first position (P1) and a second position (P2). The carriage body frame has a second engagement member (30) that is for holding the handle at the second position and has a first tab-restricting wall (40) that protrudes from the second engagement member in a direction that is perpendicular to a width direction (d2). The handle has a sliding member (80) that is capable of sliding with respect to a shaft-shaped handle main body (70) and that restricts the swinging of the handle by engaging the second engagement member, and has a protruding member (90) that has a tab part (92) and that protrudes from the handle main body toward the width-direction inside.
