A main-gate-free and high-efficiency back contact solar cell module, an assembly and a preparation process. The solar cell module comprises battery pieces (101, 102, 13) and an electric connection layer, wherein a shady face of the battery pieces (101, 102, 13) is provided with a P electrode (51) connected to a p-type doped layer (5) and an N electrode (41) connected to an N-type doped layer (4), the electric connection layer comprises several conducting wires (43, 53) which are arranged in parallel, and the plurality of conducting wires (43, 53) are respectively electrically connected to the P electrode (51) or the N electrode (41). Also provided are a main-gate-free and high-efficiency back contact solar cell module, an assembly and a preparation process, which can effectively prevent the short circuit of the P electrode (51) and the N electrode (41), and have low cost, high subfissure resistance, high efficiency and high stability. |
