A pair of smart glasses and a method for respiratory training using the smart glasses. The pair of smart glasses comprises a detection unit (40) for detecting living body information of a user, an instruction unit (52) for instructing the user for respiratory training, and a main control unit (51) for controlling the operation of the instruction unit (52). The detection unit (40) collects living body information of the user and sends the living body information to the main control unit (51). The main control unit (51) controls the starting, operation and stopping of the instruction unit (52) according to the collected living body information of the user. The instruction unit (52) for instructing the user for respiratory training is integrated and applied to the smart glasses, and the living body information of the user can be detected to further instruct the user for corresponding respiratory training through the smart glasses, so that the effect of supporting the body, mentality, emotion and mind of a human body is achieved. The pair of smart glasses is small in size and convenient to carry, and data can be remotely transmitted, so that the purpose of continuous detection and exercise is achieved. |
