<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destructive inspection system capable of simply and appropriately calculating a confidence interval, a destructive inspection method, a data processing program, and a program recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: The destructive inspection system includes a life population determination unit 21, a random sampling unit 22, a secondary sample calculation unit 23, and a confidence interval determination unit 24. The life population determination unit 21 determines a life population of a first distribution function which a plurality of samples match, on the basis of the result of a life test of the plurality of samples. The random sampling unit 22 randomly samples a plurality of elements from the life population. The secondary sample calculation unit 23 obtains secondary samples comprising a plurality of elements from the life population on the basis of the plurality of randomly sampled elements.
