The object of the invention is to provide a suction nozzle checking device and a suction nozzle maintenance system, by which the change of checking results can be reduced, the checking precision is improved, and the checking time can be reduced. A recognition mark (2M) of a suction nozzle (2) is shot from an end part side opposite to an element absorption end (2c) of the suction nozzle (2) positioned at a checking position via a marking camera (12) so that individual recognition information of the suction nozzle (2) is obtained, the suction nozzle (2) is shot from an element absorption end (2c) side of the suction nozzle (2) positioned at the checking position via a suction nozzle camera (13) so that state information of the suction nozzle (2) is obtained, and the obtained individual recognition information of the suction nozzle (2) shot via the marking camera (12) and the obtained state information of the suction nozzle (2) shot via the suction nozzle camera (13) are corresponded and processed. The marking camera (12) and the suction nozzle camera (13) are arranged at opposite positions along the axial clamping of the suction nozzle (2) positioned at the checking position. |
