The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an exterior panel for buildings using tiles and the exterior panel for the buildings manufactured by the same method. More specifically, the method has good construct ability during fastening by combining and fixing a combining member to a panel fastener solidly which is supported by a fixing frame installed at an outer wall of a building, by manufacturing the exterior panel for buildings by stacking a glass fiber on one surface of a basic material of the tiles and then stacking Styrofoam and the combining member on an upper part thereof, and can provide good appearance by showing various patterns on the exterior wall as suppressing the temperature variations by blocking heat from the exterior wall of the building. |
