The present invention relates to an airtight thermal insulation structure of a window for a door and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an airtight thermal insulation structure of a window for a door, preventing internal air from being introduced or discharged and having a space formed by corrugations of an airtight means to improve a restoring force, and a method for manufacturing the same. The structure comprises: a fixing unit fixated to and installed on one side of a window chassis corresponding to a window or one side of the window corresponding to the window chassis; and a plurality of sealing units fixated to and installed in an upper portion of the fixing unit and sealing a space between the window and the window chassis to prevent foreign substances or wind from being introduced to an inner space.
