An organic light emitting display device can comprise a substrate, a semiconductor device, an insulation layer, a first electrode, a pixel definition layer, an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode. On the substrate, a plurality of pixels including a pixel area and a penetration area can be arranged. The semiconductor device can be arranged on the substrate. The insulation layer covers the semiconductor device and is able to have a slope structure. The first electrode can be arranged on the insulation layer. The pixel definition layer can be arranged on the insulation layer and the first electrode. The organic light emitting layer can be arranged on the first electrode. The second electrode can be arranged on the organic light emitting layer. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the organic light emitting display device to have a maximized penetration rate and high resolution. |
