PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a working time in a flange opening work.SOLUTION: Parallel wedges 2, 2 attached to a forked arm 1 being one of flange opening forked arms are disposed at the tip of a handle 5. A hitting part 6 is disposed at a rear end. An inclined through screw hole is bored at a rear end part and the other wedge 13 is attached. An arm 12 attached with an extension arm 14 being closely to the handle at the opposite side of the other wedge 13 is inserted between the forks of the fork arm so as to have no level difference between the three wedges and the two arms are rotatably jointed with a pin 3. The tip end of a push bolt 9 screwed in the through screw hole is in contact with the extension arm. |
