The present invention relates to a grounding elbow type interlocking structure. The structure includes: a main circuit switch (20) installed in each manipulator (18) to convert a state of each switch into an on/off state; a front surface protection plate (6) installed on front surfaces of the manipulator (18) and an elbow connector (4) and vertically coming and going to a side of the manipulator (18) and a side of the elbow connector (4); and an adjustment unit (15) moved to a lock/unlock position according to the on/off state of the switch (17) to restrict an up and down movement of the front protection plate (6). According to the present invention, a grounding switch in an insulation housing installed inside an epoxy insulation load switch is removed, thereby reducing a size of the insulation housing and significantly decreasing a molding fault ratio.
