摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing LED module with controllable optical character, comprising the following steps of: forming a lens unit which has a linking groove of which a upper part is opened and the lower part is inserted such that an LED chip of an LED array substrate that the LED chip is placed to be spaced each other on a circuit board is to be entered and received respectively, and a main lens is formed on the opposite side of the linking groove; inserting at least one optical member of an optical filter transmitting light of configured band to the bottom surface of the linking groove of the lens unit and a heterogeneous lens having a different shape with the main lens; filling color phosphor on the optical member in the linking groove of the lens unit; filling adhesive for adhering the lens unit and the LED chip each other on the color phosphor in the linking groove; and processing to be adhered each other by the adhesive by pressing the LED array substrate to the lens unit such that the LED chip corresponding the linking groove of the lens unit is to be entered. In accordance with the method of manufacturing LED module with controllable optical character, provided is a strong point which a process is simplified and an optical character control is easy by adhering and pressing the LED array substrate and the lens unit each other, as the heterogeneous lens and the optical filter is firstly inserted into the linking groove such that a top surface of the lens unit is formed to be open, the color phosphor and the adhesive material are subsequently filled and then the LED chip is entered the linking groove.
