摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine which suppresses generation of smoke and particulate matters in a latter period of acceleration of the internal combustion engine having a supercharger, cylinder injection valve and port injection valve.SOLUTION: A control device 12 of an internal combustion engine is configured to perform divided injection for jetting fuel in a combustion chamber 28 by a cylinder injection valve 42 in both suction stroke and compression stroke of the internal combustion engine 10 at acceleration of the internal combustion engine 10 having a supercharger 64, cylinder injection valve 42 for directly jetting fuel in the combustion chamber, and a port injection valve 43 for executing port injection for jetting fuel in a suction port 30. The control device 12 of an internal combustion engine is provided with a divided injection control part 74 for forcing the cylinder injection valve 42 to perform the divided injection when a charging efficiency is a first threshold or more, and a port injection control part 76 for forcing the port injection valve 43 to perform port injection concurrently with the divided injection when the charging efficiency is not less than a second threshold bigger than the first threshold.
