<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having a thin bottom plate with high sealing performance and ensuring strength of a cooking chamber without reducing the usability, cooking performance and cleanability. <P>SOLUTION: A grill device 6 located below a heating means 5 includes an upper heating unit 9 located above an upper face of a cooking compartment 11 for cooking a material to be cooked 14, a bottom plate 17 made of a heat-resistant material to form the bottom surface of the cooking compartment 11, and a lower heating unit 10 located below the bottom plate 17.
