An organic light emitting device is disclosed. The organic light emitting device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer including a light emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic light emitting device according an embodiment of the present invention has high efficiency and a long lifespan.
