The present invention provides a method for controlling an access in a server in charge of a control plane in a visited network. The method for controlling the access comprises the step of the server in charge of receiving from a Home (e)Node B an access request message or an update request message by a roaming terminal. The Home (e)Node B can be operated as a closed subscriber group (CSG) or in a mixed access mode. The access request message or the update request message can include one or more of local CSG related information defined in the visited network or CSG related information in a home network.

1. A method of accessing, which is accessed by a user equipment (UE) roamed to a visited network, the method comprising:
receiving a first closed subscriber group (CSG) information and a second CSG information by the UE, wherein the first CSG information is a CSG-related information defined in the visited network and the second CSG information is a CSG-related information in a home network; receiving an information on priority between the first CSG information and the second CSG information when the received first CSG information conflicts with the received second CSG information by the UE; determining CSG information among the first CSG information and the second CSG information based on the information of priority by the UE; adding the determined CSG information to at least one of an attach request message to access a Home (e)node B operating in a CSG mode or a hybrid access mode and a Tracking Area Update (TAU) request message to perform a TAU by the UE; transmitting the attach request message or the TAU request message to the Home (e)Node B by the UE; and receiving an accept message or a reject message in response to the attach request message or the TAU request message from the Home (e)Node B by the UE.
