The present invention relates to a method for processing Momordica charantia to be eaten conveniently by washing Momordica charantia with bitter taste to be clean, double-boiling Momordica charantia at low temperatures, boiling down Momordica charantia until the concentration of Momordica charantia becomes high, mixing dried Momordica charantia powder, and drying and grinding Momordica charantia. The method includes the following steps: selecting and washing fresh Momordica charantia with bitter taste and a deep green color to be clean; double-boiling washed 30% of fresh Momordica charantia in 70% of purified water at 70-80°C for 24 hours; obtaining the extract with a high concentration by boiling down extraction liquid of Momordica charantia, obtained by double boiling, at 70-80°C at room temperature until the amount of the extraction liquid of Momordica charantia becomes one third of an original amount of the extraction liquid of Momordica charantia; mixing 20 wt% of the dried powder, obtained by condensing 80 wt% of the high concentration extract, and drying the same again; and obtaining powder of the Momordica charantia extract by grinding the mixed and dried condensate of Momordica charantia. The condensed Momordica charantia extract powder is filled in a capsule or made into a tablet by using a tablet making machine to enable a user to eat the condensed Momordica charantia extract powder in a convenient manner. |
