A sitting mat to correct a sitting posture comprises: a cushion mat; pressure sensing parts; and a processing part. The pressure sensing parts are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the cushion mat, have a shape extended in a lateral direction, and output a pressure sensing signal when a pressure is applied as a user sits on the sitting mat. The processing part generates information on the sitting posture of the user based on the pressure sensing signal received from the pressure sensing parts. Each pressure sensing part includes a pressure sensor and a circuit board. The pressure sensor comprises: a body part; first protrusion parts; and second protrusion parts. The body part includes grooves formed in a row and is made of a non-conductive material. The first protrusion parts are positioned on the odd grooves and are made of a conductive material to have a first height. The second protrusion parts are positioned on the even grooves and are made of a conductive material to have a second height different from the first height. The circuit board includes: switch parts and a wiring part. The switch parts are formed in a row to face the first protrusion part and the second protrusion part, respectively. The wiring part includes: a voltage supply line providing a reference voltage; a first wire transmitting a first sensing signal; and a second wire transmitting a second sensing signal and is connected to the switch parts. |
