The present invention is to enable a manufacturer and supplier of a takeout robot to remotely provide a control service to a purchaser and user to reduce the dispatching of manpower, thereby reducing costs and improving efficiency. For the above purpose, the present invention allows a central control server to be provided both on the side of the user and the side of the supplier to control a work status, etc. of a takeout robot and, when a disorder occurs, allows the central control server on the side of the supplier to remotely repair or teach for the user to settle the disorder. According to the present invention, the supplier also can identify the status of the takeout robots of the supplier′s company supplied all over the world at a glance. |
