摘要 The present invention relates to a cooling and heating apparatus of high temperature discharged water from a heat exchanger using a residual heat. The objective of the present invention is to increase a heating efficiency by raising a temperature of water discharged from a first heat exchanger at the time of heating, by using the residual heat included in a low-temperature and high-pressure coolant discharged from the heat exchanger. The temperature of water discharged from the first heat exchanger can be raised by increasing an input water temperature by installing a second heat exchanger on a coolant pipeline which passes through the first heat exchanger to discharge the water entering the second heat exchanger through the first heat exchanger. The residual heat from heat exchanging in the first heat exchanger is additionally exchanged in the second heat exchanger to increase the input water temperature. According to the present invention, the cooling and heating apparatus comprises: a compressor to compress the coolant by high-temperature and high-pressure; a first four-way solenoid valve to selectively supply the coolant received from the compressor into the heat exchanger or an evaporator; a first heat exchanger to heat an indoor space by heat exchanging the coolant supplied from the first four-way solenoid valve; a second heat exchanger receiving the coolant supplied from the first heat exchanger, and discharging the second heat exchanged coolant by the residual heat; an expansion valve for an adiabatic expansion by receiving the coolant discharged from the second heat exchanger; and an evaporator to evaporate the coolant discharged from the expansion valve.
