The present invention relates to a dispenser for a liquid storage container with easy pipe replacement. More specifically, a pipe is installed inside a slit formed in the dispenser for a liquid storage container in order to enable the pipe to be easily separated from the dispenser for a liquid storage container to easily wash the pipe to hygienically manage the pipe, maintains freshness of a beverage inside a liquid storage container for a long period of time by having a cooling plate installed in an upper portion of a main body, and prevents a loss of the beverage such as water, juice, or wine since a liquid stored inside the liquid storage container is discharged to the outside by a gradient of the cooling plate without being remained inside the container.
