The present invention relates to a food material mixing apparatus comprising: a mixing container (10) which has an open unit (101) formed on an upper portion, has rotation shaft (102) formed to protrude from both sides, and is installed to rotate on an upper portion of a support frame (103); a rotation means (20) which rotates the mixing container (10); a driving unit (30) having a second motor (305), which drives a driving shaft (301) installed on one side of the mixing container (10); an attachment and detachment unit (40) having an attaching and detaching means (402) installed on the other side of the mixing container (10); and an agitation rod (50) which is joined among the driving shaft (301), a driven shaft (302), and the attaching and detaching means (402) and is rotated in the mixing container (10). The food material mixing apparatus efficiently mixes food materials while minimizing damage to the food materials when two or more food materials are mixed. |
