The present invention relates to a system to integrally manage a print operation by integrating and unifying distributed print processes of a related art. In detail, the system for integrated print management comprises: a server (100) providing a web for receiving a request and storing information regarding customers, staff, sales status, payment details, class, and released product; and an agent (200) managing ordering, sales, customers, a payment regarding a print operation and a cooperative work with subcontractors, and classifying, releasing, and delivering an output. When an error occurs during a print operation, the agent (200) provides an interface for transmitting an error message to a person in charge of a customer who ordered a corresponding work. Accordingly, a sender, a transmission date, a transmission number, and a customer can be automatically set according to the information stored in the server (100), and one or more of a plurality of receivers including a manager of the customer can be selected. Also, a reception number can be additionally input. A class of a customer can be automatically and/or manually set, and an allowable unpaid amount can be set for each class. |
