A method for displaying a call receiving pop-up screen performed in a mobile phone comprises the following steps of: transferring an execution event of a first application to a second application; recognizing receiving a call; checking whether the first application is operated; receiving display information from the second application to configure a pop-up call screen when the operation of the first application is on; having the pop-up call screen overlaid and displayed on a screen of a third application with a first size; and adjusting a volume of the third application. Therefore, the method provides a voice call function in a multitasking environment.
