According to the present invention, a chocolate shaving apparatus comprises: a chocolate mounting unit which allows a plurality of chocolate blocks to be mounted thereon; a frame which supports the chocolate mounting unit and forms a lower portion of the chocolate shaving apparatus; a motor which is installed in the frame; and a cutting unit which is joined to a rotation shaft of the motor, rotates around 360°, and cuts lower portions of the chocolate blocks. According to the present invention, the chocolate shaving apparatus is designed to locate the motor under a rotation body and thus obtains a space for mounting the chocolate mounting unit on the frame as large as possible. The cutting unit is prevented from sagging by supporting the weight of the rotation body without an additional support body. The chocolate shaving apparatus has a space where a plurality of the chocolate blocks can be placed. A plurality of cutting blades, which rotate around 360°, process the chocolate blocks at the same time. Therefore, productivity of the chocolate shaving apparatus is increased. |
