The present invention relates to a coating apparatus which can quickly discharge air bubbles collected therein. According to the present invention, the coating apparatus includes: a first supply opening (31) for supplying a coating liquid; a first manifold (11) connected to the first supply opening (31); a discharging slit (22) discharging the coating liquid; a second manifold (12) connected to the discharging slit (22); and a connection throttle (21) connecting the first and second manifolds (11, 12). The first manifold (11) is connected to a first outlet (41) discharging the air bubbles collected in the first manifold (11) to the outside. The second manifold (12) is connected to a second supply opening (32) supplying the coating liquid and a second outlet (42) discharging the air bubbles collected in the second manifold (12) to the outside.
