MOTION-BASED CREDNTIALS USING MAGNIFIED MOTION

Systems and methods are provided which allow for motion-based authentication of a user using magnified motion. Very small or imperceptible motions of a user may be captured and magnified to determine characteristics of the motions that may be used as a motion-based credential for user authentication. The motions, which may be very small and imperceptible to an observer, may be difficult for potential attackers to observe and copy, but may be useful when magnified.

1. An authentication system, comprising:
a non-transitory memory storing instructions; and one or more hardware processors coupled to the non-transitory memory and configured to read the instructions to cause the authentication system perform operations comprising:
receiving images of a body part;determining one or more magnified movements of the body part from the images received;determining an order of the one or more magnified movements of the body part;determining the order of the one or more magnified movements corresponds to an order of movements associated with a user; anddetermining an authentication of the user based at least on the determined order of the magnified movements that correspond to the order of movements associated with the user.
