PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of measuring reliable EIT difference images to monitor lung function in real time.SOLUTION: An EIT imaging method for measuring an impedance distribution and adjusting the measured impedance distribution comprises: measuring impedance distribution by using an impedance distribution measuring device comprising an electrode array; and transforming the measured impedance distribution into EIT images, the EIT imaging method being characterized in that gravitational influences are determined by measuring the spatial orientation of a test subject, and values of the measured impedance distribution are adjusted according to the spatial orientation in order to account for gravitational influences.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
