The present invention relates to a bonding system for unit modulars and a method thereof and, more specifically, relates to the bonding system for the unit modulars to connect the walls provided with air holes to reduce noise transmission between households. According to the present invention, the bonding system for the unit modulars comprises: a construction module formed by horizontally joining a plurality of modulars forming an individual household; a floor formed on a lower part of the construction module, and provided with an insulator material to prevent a heat bridge effect; and a wall formed on a connecting part of the plurality of modulars, and provided with a noise reduction wall to prevent noise transmitted between households of the construction module.
