The operating material which is introduced via the inlet (4) in the filling chamber (3), in the open position of the transition element (7), can be transferred in the conveying section (6) by means of a gaseous transport medium, and the operating material can be discharged from the outlet (5) from the conveying section (6) by means of a gaseous transport medium.
