HOLE SEALING PROCESSING AGENT, FASTENER, BOLT AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an axial force required when a bolt having a sprayed coating for rust prevention formed thereon is tightened with predetermined tightening torque.

SOLUTION: A fastener is used for fastening a body 100 to be fastened, the body having sprayed coatings 101b, 102b and 103b for rust prevention formed thereon. The fastener includes: a bolt 1 which has a sprayed coating 10 for rust prevention formed on the entire surface including a head 1a and a thread 1c while at least the thread is subjected to sealing treatment with a sealing agent containing 1-10 mass% of wax; a nut 2 which is tightened to the thread 1c of the bolt 1 while sandwiching the body 100 to be tightened and has the entire surface formed with a sprayed coating 20 for rust prevention, the entire surface excluding the thread 1c and a contact face (bearing surface 2b) on a side of the body 100 to be tightened; and washers 3 and 4 which are arranged between the head 1a of the bolt 1 or the nut 2 and the body 100 to be tightened and has the entire surface formed with sprayed coatings 30 and 40 for rust prevention, the entire surface excluding contact surfaces 3a and 4a on a side of the body 100 to be tightened.
