A panty-type sanitary napkin (1) has an absorbent body (10) having a skin-side sheet (11) and an absorbent (13), a front waist belt member (41) arranged in the front waist area (S1), a rear waist belt member (42) arranged in the rear waist area (S2), side junctions (29) for joining the outer edge of the front waist belt member (41) and the outer edge of the rear waist belt member (42), and a compressed part (80) where the skin-side sheet (11) and absorbent (13) are compressed in the direction of thickness. The compressed part (80) has a pair of excretory orifice compressed parts (81) extending in the longitudinal direction at both outer sides further in the widthwise direction than is an excretory-orifice-facing part arranged facing the excretory orifice of a wearer, and the longitudinal-direction center (81LC) of the excretory orifice compressed parts (81) is positioned forward of the longitudinal-direction center (1LC) of the sanitary napkin in the center of the crotch region (S3). |
