The present invention provides a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery capable of increasing a capacity maintaining rate. The non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes: a positive electrode layer containing a positive electrode active material and a conductive member; a negative electrode layer; and a non-aqueous electrolyte arranged between the positive and negative electrode layers. The upper limit voltage is 4.5 V with respect to the oxidation-reduction potential of lithium. Also, the surface of the conductive member is made of a coating layer using P, O, C, and H as main components. |
