An on-board electric heating coffee machine, comprising a water-boiling cup (11), a coffee holder (13), a distillation cup (19) and a cup lid (21). The upper end of the water-boiling cup (11) is connected to the lower end of the distillation cup (19), the coffee holder (13) is arranged at the mouth of the water-boiling cup (11), the distillation cup (19) is internally provided with a distillation tube (20), the lower end of the distillation tube (20) and the bottom portion of the distillation cup (19) lead to the coffee holder (13), the upper end of the distillation tube (20) leads to the upper portion of the distillation cup (19), and the cup lid (21) is connected to the upper end of the distillation cup (19). The bottom portion of the water-boiling cup (11) is provided with a heating plate (8), the bottom portion of the heating plate (8) is provided with a temperature controller (6), the temperature controller (6) comprises a temperature-sensing surface (23) and a wiring terminal (28), the temperature-sensing surface (23) is fitted to the bottom surface of the heating plate (8), and the wiring terminal (28) is connected in series on a driving power source line of the heating plate. When the on-board electric heating coffee machine produces coffee liquid, the water-boiling cup (11) acts as a steam-generating device, so that water in the water-boiling cup (11) is heated to form high-temperature high-pressure steam to be flushed towards coffee powder in the coffee holder (13), and the steam mixed with the coffee powder condenses in the rectifying tube in the distillation cup (19) to form coffee liquid, flowing into the distillation cup (19) from the upper end of the rectifying tube, thereby implementing the function of producing coffee liquid. |
