Disclosed is a method for wake up by music. The method comprises: acquiring a frequency range of brainwaves of a user during a preset capturing time via a sensor device worn by the user; determining whether or not the frequency range of the brainwaves is within a valid frequency range; if the frequency range of the brainwaves is within the valid frequency range, then determining a sleep level of the user on the basis of the frequency range of the brainwaves; looking up a preset list on the basis of the sleep level to acquire a song of a music genre corresponding to the sleep level; and, playing the song during a preset time to wake up the user. By such means, the method for wake up by music of the present invention allows songs of different music genres to be selected on the basis of sleep levels to serve as an alarm ringtone for waking up the user. |
