The embodiments of the present invention provide a mobile terminal positioning method, a base station and a node, the method includes: allocating for each node an assigned period of time in which uplink reference signals are received respectively; receiving the uplink reference signals forwarded by each node and received in the assigned period of time; obtaining the power or signal to noise ratio of the uplink reference signals forwarded by each node; selecting the period of time corresponding to the uplink reference signal with the maximum power or signal to noise ratio as a positioning period of time; obtaining the corresponding positioning node according to the assigned period of time for receiving uplink reference signals and the positioning period of time; and determining the position of the mobile terminal according to the position of the positioning node. The present invention can solve the problem of positioning mobile terminals due to the same cell ID of the nodes, and improve positioning accuracy for the mobile terminals.
