PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of collecting required information on a radio network side while reducing a terminal load caused by measurement and/or report and/or reducing the report of information with a low necessity.SOLUTION: A radio terminal includes: means for detecting a radio link failure; means for holding information relating to the radio link failure; means for discarding the held information relating to the radio link failure after the lapse of a predetermined time from the detection; and means for reporting to a radio network that the information relating to the radio link failure is being held, in the case where the information relating to the radio link failure is being held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
