An electronic device comprising a dielectric material, which dielectric material comprises a copolymer comprising the structural units of formulae (I) and (II) wherein R11, R12, R13, R14 and R15 are, independently from each other, H, halogen, linear or branched C1-24 alkyl, formyl, C1-24 alkyl-carbonyl, C2-24 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, C2-24 alkenyl-carbonyl, C3-12 cycloalkyl, C3-12 cycloalkenyl, C6-12 aryl, C7-25 arylalkyl or C7-25 alkylaryl, each of which carbon atom chains is either uninterrupted or interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms, —C(O)O—, —OC(O)—, —S—, —SO2—, —N(H)—, —N(C1-12 alkyl)- and/or —C(O)N(H)—, and each of which is unsubstituted or substituted one or more times by one or more moieties —OR, —NH2, —N(H)R, —NR2, —N3, -halogen and/or —SO3H, and R21, R22, R23, R24 and R25 are, independently from each other, H, halogen, linear or branched C1-24 alkyl, formyl, C1-24 alkyl-carbonyl, C2-24 alkenyl, C2-10 alkynyl, C2-24 alkenyl-carbonyl, C3-12 cycloalkyl, C3-12 cycloalkenyl, C6-12 aryl, C7-25 arylalkyl or C7-25 alkylaryl, each of which carbon atom chains is either uninterrupted or interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms, —C(O)O—, —OC(O)—, —S—, —SO2—, —N(H)—, —N(C1-12 alkyl)- and/or —C(O)N(H)—, and each of which is unsubstituted or substituted one or more times by one or more moieties —OR, —NH2, —N(H)R, —NR2, —N3, -halogen and/or —SO3H, or wherein R21 and R22, or R22 and R23, form a cyclic structure with each other having from 5 to 8 C atoms, optionally interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms, —C(O)O—, —OC(O)—, sulfur atoms, —SO2—, —NH—, —N(C1-12 alkyl)- and/or —C(O)N(H)—, and R23 and R24 and R25, or R21 and R24 and R25, are as defined above, wherein L is a either a direct bond, or C1-4 alkylene which is either uninterrupted or interrupted by one or more oxygen atoms, and wherein each R is independently H or C1-24 alkyl. |
