PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high gear ratio wave gear transmission device improved in output density by using two or more engagements.SOLUTION: A wave gear transmission device for changing an input speed to an output speed remarkably slower or faster than the input speed, has a coaxial pair of circular splines including a first circular spline 181 having tooth number T, and a second circular spline 184 having tooth number T. Preferably, in two or more engagements, a first flexible spline is engaged with the first circular spline, and a second flexible spline is engaged with the second circular spline. A wave generator 185E is connected to one of an input shaft 185 and an output shaft 186. Two splines of one of two coaxial pairs may be fixed together and operated while bent on the wave generator, and have an equal circumferential length of pitch circle of the spline tooth engagement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A |
